A brief understanding of what a session may look like....
I work intuitively with you, following what I call soul movements, that is, where we are open and where we are closed in our feelings... our yes and no's to life you could say. There are many different ways in which I do this, sometimes using tools, other times simply chatting about things and working through some feelings that arise. It can be a little like counseling at times, then other times exploratory with your own feelings/thoughts in organic ways. It is different for everyone you see, we all have different needs and experiences, so no two people, or sessions are ever the same.
Sessions can be based on an hourly, half day or full day rate depending on your reason for attending and what modalities you wish to work with.
I also do Skype sessions for anyone who lives outside of the area. At time of booking we can discuss this more in depth and prices can be quoted then.
